Main Bearings

Be careful here. Your main bearing will depend on the year that your 7-Bolt 4G63 was made. 1997 was a split year for the 4G63 engine in the USDM 2G DSM, and JDM Evo 4. Engines up to the first half of 1997 had thrust washers integrated into their main bearings, while engines made in the second half of 1997 and after use a separate main bearing and thrust washer.
